Who we are
Kaffa Bridge is a trading name of Marathon 360 Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom and incorporated in 2025. Marathon 360 Ltd is the data controller for personal data handled through this website. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
The enquiry form. The form on this site does not send anything to our servers. It composes an email in your own mail client, addressed to us, containing what you typed: your name, email address, company, market and brief. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email yourself.
Email you send us. When you write to us, we hold your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up on your enquiry. That is business correspondence: names, email addresses, company details and whatever you chose to tell us about what you are looking for.
The booking scheduler. If you book a discovery call, the scheduler collects the details you enter (typically your name, email address and chosen time). The scheduler is provided by LeadConnector, a service of HighLevel Inc., which processes those details on our behalf. It loads only when you choose to open it.
We do not collect special category data, and this site is not directed at children.
Third-party services this site uses
One, and only if you ask for it.
- LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.). The booking scheduler described above. It does not load, and receives nothing, until you choose to open it.
Everything else this site needs is served from our own domain. Typefaces, styles and scripts are hosted here rather than fetched from Google Fonts or a content delivery network, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to anyone else. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Cookies
Your language choice. If your browser is set to a language we publish, the site offers you that version once. If you dismiss that offer, we store a single value in your browser's local storage so it does not ask again. It never leaves your device, it holds nothing about you, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Apart from that, this site sets no cookies of its own. If you open the booking scheduler, LeadConnector may set its own cookies inside that scheduler to make the booking work; that only happens after you choose to open it. Because we set no cookies and load the scheduler only on your action, we do not show a cookie banner.
Legal bases
Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and correspond with the companies who contact us, and on performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before one) where an enquiry becomes an engagement.
International transfers
We work between the United Kingdom and Ethiopia, so correspondence may be read and answered by our team in either place. Where personal data leaves the UK we protect it with appropriate safeguards, and we keep what is transferred to the minimum the correspondence needs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to it. Records connected to an actual transaction are kept for the periods UK company and tax law requires. We delete what we no longer need.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top. We do not water down protections quietly.
