Use of the site

You may browse the site, contact us through it, and share links to it. You may not misuse it: no attempts to breach its security, no scraping at a scale that burdens it, and no use of its content to misrepresent who we are or what we offer.

What the content is

The pages of this site describe our services and record facts about the Ethiopian coffee trade. Market figures are quoted from public sources and were accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. The content is provided in good faith for general information. It is not commercial, legal or investment advice, and it does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.

Service descriptions and engagements

Descriptions of services on this site are informational. Any commercial engagement between you and Marathon 360 Ltd is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price and terms, agreed before work begins. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

The sample guarantee

Where we describe origin samples as refunded in full if the coffee is not right for you, or credited to your first order if it is, that describes how the service works. The fee, dispatch terms and timing for a specific sample are confirmed in writing when you request one, and that written confirmation is what applies to your request.

Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not control, including social platforms and a booking scheduler provided by LeadConnector. Their content and terms are their own, and a link is not an endorsement. How the site uses third-party services with your data is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The Kaffa Bridge name, the የካፋ ድልድይ mark, and the text, design and imagery of this site belong to Marathon 360 Ltd or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce the site's content commercially without written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, the site is provided as is: we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its general content, from interruptions to its availability, or from third-party services it links to. Liability under any signed agreement is dealt with in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
